This is a creative jam project. The task is to solve a problem by designing an app for it. The app needs to provides a user-friendly experience, which allows the user to interact with the app in a natural and intuitive way.
Design Process
In this project, I select the pressure of modern people as an issue to solve. I did the research, conduct a questionnaire survey, and found out the core obstacles to the problems. To solve the problems, I further create a fictional company called Relx, whose goal is to help people get the treatment more comfortable and efficient. I designed a platform for the users to record, get basic help, and make an appointment for professional treatment if needed.
